New Theme Thursday - New Theme for your ActiveBlog! Our Business Casual Theme

Jorgen snuck a new theme up on the Outside Blogs last night. "Business Casual" is the name of the new theme. We have one more in the wings for next Thursday and a contract with a great designer for an additional 18 themes.

Here is the new theme:

Business Casual Outside Blog Theme

We will be dropping a new theme every Thursday so make sure to check back for the new stuff each Thursday. Remember, changing your theme is a simple deal. All you have to do is head over to your outside blog after clicking on the link from the left hand side of your 'my home' page. Once on your outside blog, click the 'theme' link up at the top of the page and select the theme you want to use.

If you don't have a custom ActiveBlog on your own domain yet, Brad Andersohn takes you through the step by step of how to get it set up. If you have recently signed up for the Rainmaker upgrade, your ActiveBlog is included in your upgrade so make sure to get it set up.

You can see the theme in action over on my outside blog.

Hi Jeremy, what's up with my so-called outside blog today?  When I click on the link from my AR blog page, I get nowhere?  I hope this upgrade isn't causing more problems.  If you get a chance can you look into it?

Interesting, Jeremy.  I wonder how many people would actually check back for updates.

How totally cool! Belonging to one of the "non-cool" brokerages (LOL!) I had to struggle formatting mine - I am way excited to check these out! 18! one every Thursday! how cool!

Jer,

These look like they are going to be fun.  Thanks for letting us know and I will be looking forward to next week.

Jeremy, I like the look but why does it have a different width than the other themes? At some point it would be nice to write one post that posts correctly to AR, Outside Blog and Localism. Rich

Jeremy - will check it out - I love my outside blog and it is doing great in the search engines, fun to change the format.

I'm still contemplating getting one because to me WP seems to do what I want it to do. I like the simplicity of the AR blog though.

Thanks for the new themes, Jeremy. It's good to have more of a selection. Still can't seem to post my header, though, even when it is the optimal size.

Jer - I will check it out!  Looks like a nice, fresh-looking theme.  The picture is scary!

Nice to see the commitment to new themes. This will really help the non-franchise agents, as well as the lenders, stagers, VAs, etc. have a great-looking outside blog.

I will keep checking to see the new themes.  I didn't realize when first looking at this that it was fire (eyes don't work quite like they did).

May all of you be safe.

Hi Jeremy,

I applied the new theme to my outside blog to see what it looked like, only to find that the exisiting toolbar covered most of the new theme's toolbar. Any way to correct that? Thanks!

Geez, I spoke too soon! I can now see the theme's toolbar after I clicked on the "Login" tab, but now the old toolbar has disappeared and I can't make any changes to the blog, like the theme or add a widget! Did I break it??

Jeremy - Looks pretty cool. I will be checking these out as they are released for sure. Thanks

Cool.  I Love my outside blog, but it looks kind of boring.

Hi Jeremy,

I have been wanting to check out what comes with the extra fees for the upgraded outside blogs. I keep searching AR search area for it but don't see anything that gives us samples. With this market I am hesitant to commit to the fee without understanding how it works. Is there a place to go to see this??Like samples of the Outside Themese, and what other things come with iyt. The upgrade now page has very little on it to get me to hit the upgrade button. Maybe I am missing something??
