ActiveRain Tutorials: ActiveRain Goes over 150,000 Members!

Isn't that amazing - do we know who it was? Can we throw confetti and spaghetti?

This is the Party I called for in one of my Post!  Go ahead interview number 150,000, I want pictures.  This is a big deal.  Of course the way things are rolling along I see 200,000 soon.

Hi Jer!  I noticed that this morning!  I was teaching a class yesterday at our Association and commented that 'over 150K people can't be wrong' about using this fabulous venue to begin their real estate blogging experience.  It truly does PAY big rewards!

Jeremy... and I can remember when I joined, that there were only about 3,500 members... I remember when 10,000 was a big deal... lol  I just wonder how many, out of the 150,000, participate. In any case, this is huge... congrats to all at Active Rain that make this possible... and yes, truly a great site for networking and business.  thanks

Yes, and I remember when, back in '07 membership was under 10,000.  For the most part, Realtor(r) built this site.  Let's hope A/R doesn't bite the hand that feeds it.

I remember when we were predicting how many members when we were maybe around 50,000 - I forget - gut glad to be a part of Activerain!!

With all due respect Jeremy there are a LOT among the ranks who are basically dead wood -- they have left the business, or they have duplicate identities, or posted a couple things more than a year ago. At some point it would be good to clean out the dead wood. Our 2 cents.

Hi Jeremy!  I love the platinum star idea--but, then some would complain that they got a gold instead of platinum!!  LOL

Jeremy, That's fantastic news!!! I'm thrilled to be part of such a fantastic group.

Now all of us who particpated in Gerry's contest to win 5000 points by guessing the number of members as of January 1, 2010 can watch the counter to see how things go from now till then.  I am pleased to be able to stop guessing and figuring and redoing my guesses.  It was wearing me out!
