Branding your image is one of the most important aspects of any business. You need to have an image that depicts you and the business you are involved in. Many sites require complex steps to customize a theme and make it the way you wish. ActiveRain offers you a really great option on how to customize your blog to represent your image better. Unfortunately, very few really master how to accomplish this.

I know I surely have. While this type of theme might be acceptable on this network, it really doesn't convey a professional branding that you would wish to associate with your business. Jeremy, aesthetics are so important. If people could just step back and really LOOK at what is in front of them. Is it too busy, does it hurt the eyes, are the colors harmonious, what does it say overall, before you even read the print.

There are some great sites that make it really easy to do a fairly basic ones. Those examples are great. I need to spice mine up a bit more but it's okay for now.

I cannot make the class due to 3 closings happening that day. I know I should hire another assistant and have her learn.
I tend to do my technology stuff (blogging etc late at night as I worry about how I will get 10 more closings in the next month) Any way I can get a step by step approach. I customized my twitter page and was very happy, would love to have my blog match. I got the directions straight out of a book about twitter, (wish I knew the title, as it has been loaned out and yet to be returned.)

Question about crediting that picture. How/Where? I put a link on my sidebar with Header Photo Credit but doubt that is the proper way. Seems to be no way to tag it like I do photos within posts.
